GENERAL TERMS
The Website powerglobalnet.com is an online store of powerglobalnet – Papadimitriou Marios (VAT number: 149734372, Tax Office: E’ Thessaloniki) and is based at 23 Ellispontou Street, 56728, Thessaloniki, Greece. You can contact us by phone at: +30 6936 889 467 or +30 6985 908 528.
PERSONAL DATA
For any transaction through our online store, you will be asked to disclose some of your personal information:

- The address to which the products will be shipped
- Your phone number
- Your email address
These data are processed by the company in compliance with the application of Article 7A para. 1 (b) N. 2472/1997, for the purpose of implementing the order given by the customer and in no way will they be disclosed, published or sold to third parties, unless the procedure set out by the legislation on the lifting of confidentiality (Law 2225/1994) or any obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006 is initiated.
In case of card payment option, your card details will also be requested. No details of your card are recorded in our database.
DELETION OF MEMBERS
If a member wishes to unsubscribe from our databases, they may do so by sending us an email with this application. If, however, an order has been placed in the account, it will remain recorded in our database for bookkeeping.
SAFETY
We use the SSL protocol for secure online commercial transactions. This encrypts all your personal information, such as your credit card number, name and address, so that they cannot be read or changed during their transfer over the internet.
THE PRODUCTS
The characteristics and other details of the products sold are available to you by following the search instructions listed on our website and selecting the respective product. If for some reason you do not find the information you are looking for, we will be happy to answer you either by e-mail or by phone.
PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY
In case one or more of the products of your order are not available, you will be informed by e-mail or phone and only if you agree we will confirm the order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
For any cancellation of an order, an e-mail must be sent to us with the cancellation request. This option is offered to you until the moment we inform you about the shipment of your order. After this point in time, cancellation is not possible.

To facilitate and serve all those who wish to buy from our store, the following payment methods are available:

SECURE TRANSACTIONS
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform “Nexi e-Commerce” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
SHIPPING METHOD – TIME – COST
Deliveries of products are made through the company ACS courier or General Courier. Shipments are made in 2 to 4 working days from the confirmation of the order. If there is any problem or lack of product you will be informed about the possible delay in sending your order.
Shipping Cost for Greece:
For purchases up to 149,99€ shipping cost 5€, or 10€ for inaccessible areas. From 150€ and above Free shipping.
Shipping Cost for Cyprus:
For purchases up to 149,99€ shipping cost 15€. From 150€ and above Free shipping.
If after using a discount coupon the final value of the order falls below the price of free shipping then the shipping cost is normally valid and is calculated upon shipment.
The option to pay by cash on delivery has an additional cost of 2,5€.
PRICES OF PRODUCTS SOLD
The prices listed in the relevant catalogues under each product are final, without prejudice to our right to adjust prices.
By adding more than one (1) identical products to your cart, you get a discount depending on their number.
Up to 2 products: -5%
3-6 products: -7%
7-10 products: -10%
11+ products: -15%
USE OF DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes do not work in combination and are valid for every checkout through the shopping cart.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Product returns are not accepted.
PRODUCT CHANGES
Product changes are not accepted.
VARIOUS
In case a defective product is found in the delivered quantities, you reserve the right to return it with the possibility of replacing it with our shipping costs.
Modification of the terms hereof: We reserve the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. We undertake to update this text for any change or addition to the terms.
